Ashley Ward is the founder and CEO of W Talent Solutions, a national executive recruiting and talent strategy firm based in Grand Rapids, MI. She is certified in several psychometric assessment tools, including talent optimization through Predictive Index, in which she facilitates large talent strategy workshops. She has conducted over 20,000 professional candidate interviews within her career and has placed c-suite and president-level roles throughout the nation. Ashley founded W Talent Solutions in 2017 with a mission to start a philanthropic business that gives ten percent of its profit to nonprofits supporting women and children in the communities she serves

Tasia Allison, SHRM-SCP Managing Director

Tasia is the managing director at W Talent Solutions. She oversees the firm’s recruiting, consulting, and operations teams. She is certified in nearly a dozen psychometric assessment tools used to help clients identify and engage top-level talent and is an avid talent strategy workshop facilitator for executive leadership teams. Tasia is highly experienced in technical, financial, manufacturing, and executive recruiting, and serves as a talent and human resources consultant to many local and national clients. She spent several years working in manufacturing, financial services, and consulting and loves the variety and unique challenges that each industry presents.
