Join us as Josh Lunger provides an election update. Josh will discuss local races and issues to be voted on. He will also share about the Michigan elections including, Governor, key races from West Michigan, and the balance of power in the house and senate. Josh will also touch on the DC races.

Josh Lunger

As the Vice President of Government Affairs for the Grand Rapids Chamber, Josh works to create a vibrant business climate with a focus on housing, local government and other issues of regional significance.

Among other volunteer positions, he serves on boards of the Grand Rapids Downtown Improvement District, Kent County Housing Commission, Housing Kent, Mobile GR, and the Wellspring Preparatory High School Board of Education. Josh is a combat veteran and former paratrooper in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. 

Josh has been recognized as “40 under 40” by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives in 2021 and the Grand Rapids Business Journal in 2018. He is also an alum of MSU’s Michigan Political Leadership Program. He lives in Grand Rapids with his wife Heather and their rescued weimaraners.
